Refund Policy
Because our templates are digital and deliver the moment payment completes, refunds are limited to specific situations, listed below.
Talk to us first
If something's wrong with your purchase, email [info@launcher.supply] before anything else. Most issues are solvable directly and quickly.
When we can issue a refund
You were charged twice for the same template.
A technical issue on our end stops the template from working as shown, and our support can't resolve it. We'll need evidence — screenshots, a screen recording, or a clear description.
Refund requests must be made within [5] business days of purchase. Approved refunds go to your original payment method, less any non-refundable processor fees.
When we can't issue a refund
You changed your mind or no longer need it.
You found a different template you prefer.
The template's features are exactly as shown on the product page, but you're unhappy with them.
You don't have the Framer skills or subscription needed to use it.
You bought the wrong license type — email us, we can often help.
You want a partial refund.
You report a technical issue without evidence.
Before you buy
Every template has a live preview link on its product page - please click through every page and confirm it fits before purchasing. Some templates need a Framer subscription to publish, which is noted on the page.
Chargebacks
Your license depends on a completed payment. If you reverse the charge with your bank:
Your license ends immediately.
You must stop using the template and remove any project built from it.
We may block future purchases and, where relevant, share your account activity with the payment processor as part of the dispute.
Templates from Launcher.supply are Framer Creator Content — continued use after a chargeback is unlicensed use of Framer's platform and may be reported to Framer under their Community Terms.
