By purchasing or using a Launcher.supply template, you agree to these Terms.

1. What you're buying

When you buy a template from Launcher.supply, you're buying a license to use it, not ownership of the template itself. The template's design, code, and structure remain the intellectual property of Launcher.supply.

2. Your license

Every template is sold under one of two licenses:

Single Site License — Use the template on one live website, whether personal, commercial, or a single client project.

Unlimited Sites License — Use the template on unlimited live websites, including for clients, teams, or multiple businesses. Includes the Figma source file where noted on the product page.

Both licenses are perpetual, non-transferable, and non-exclusive. Tied to the person who bought the license.

3. What you're buying

• Customize the template however you like inside Framer.

• Publish the finished site under your own brand or hand it off to a client.

• Add your own content, copy, and images — those remain yours.

4. What you can't do

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the original template file, modified or not.

• Share the Framer remix link publicly, in marketplaces, or with anyone who hasn't bought a license.

• Bundle the template into another product, kit, or template of your own.

• Claim the original design as your own work.

• Use the template to build a product that competes with our template business.

5. Delivery and payments

Payments are processed by Polar Software, Inc., our merchant-of-record. Templates deliver instantly via email as a Framer remix link. Polar's Buyer Terms also apply to your purchase.

6. Updates

We may release updates to templates you've bought — bug fixes, improvements, or new features. When we do, you get access to the updated version at no extra cost. We can't guarantee updates in perpetuity, but we maintain each template while it remains in our catalog.

7. Support

Email support is included with every paid template, direct from the maker, at info@launcher.supply. Support covers:

Setup and installation questions

Framer-specific functionality

Fixing bugs in the original template

Support does not cover custom design work, layout changes, or modifications specific to your project — those are separate paid work.

8. Support conduct

We're happy to help every customer. That said, we may pause or end support for anyone who's abusive, threatening, discriminatory, or repeatedly aggressive with our team. In that case your template license stays valid, but the support relationship doesn't.

9. Refunds

Because templates are digital and deliver instantly, refunds are limited to specific situations. Full details in our [Refund Policy].

10. Chargebacks and disputes

If something's wrong with your order, please email [info@launcher.supply] first. Most issues are resolvable directly and quickly.

Because your license is tied to a completed payment, a chargeback ends the license. If you reverse the charge with your bank:

Your right to use the template ends immediately.
You must stop using it and remove any project you've built from it.
We may bar future purchases and, where relevant, share your account activity with the payment processor as part of the dispute.

Templates published by Launcher.supply are Framer Creator Content. Continued use of a template after a chargeback is unlicensed use of Framer's platform, and may be reported to Framer under their Community Terms.

11. Warranty

We build and maintain each template to Framer's standards, with QA before release. Beyond that, templates are provided as is — we make no other warranty about fitness for a specific use case.

12. Browser support

Templates are built to work across current stable versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. Where a specific feature isn't possible in a given browser, we implement a reasonable fallback.

13. Limits on liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Launcher.supply isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits or revenue, or the cost of replacement services. Our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the template.

We're also not liable for problems caused by improper setup, use outside the template's intended purpose, conflicts with third-party tools, changes you make after purchase, or issues that only appear in unsupported browsers.

14. Third-party services

Templates work with third-party services like Framer, Polar, and others. We're not responsible for their availability, changes, or terms.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Changes apply going forward — projects already built under earlier Terms keep their original license terms.

16. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION — e.g. India / Tamil Nadu].
